Grupo Halcon invests 11 million euros in a new plant.

Grupo Halcon, with an investment of 11 million euros, has become one of the largest business groups in the Spanish tile industry.

Keeping on with a process of expansion that began in 2009, Grupo Halcon opens a new production site in Onda. This new 70,000m2 plant has 6 new kilns and the latest advances in digital technology within the industry.

Grupo Halcon is characterized by an employment equity policy, having a balanced number of women performing different jobs, and by fulfilling with the Lismi law of disabled people employment. Thanks to the new opening, scheduled for this December, the creation of 100 new jobs is achieved.

Constant work and a business strategy focused on growth, has turned Grupo Halcon in the second group with the highest production capacity in the ceramic industry in Spain.

Thanks to the investment of 11 million euros, Grupo Halcon goes one step further in this process of constant evolution, achieving the expansion of its daily output from 55,000 m2 currently produced to 110.000m2, reinforcing its status as a large manufacturer and raising its turnover from 90 to 160 million euros in 2016.
